Having rented storage units from several locations the 2 unique features of the Westlake Life Storage are the height of the storage lockers which allows you to rent smaller square footage and the pleasantness of the staff. They've always been very helpful to my requests.

We're moving my mother in with us and although we've gotten rid of a lot of "stuff" we have some things we wanted to keep but could not yet fit into our home. Having this storage is really helpful and between the price, size and location, it fits our needs perfectly.

Your customer service representative Josh was excellent he went above and beyond the call of duty he sprayed my unit before I moved things in for spiders and he was just very very pleasant the facility is kept up well.

I had to some of my household junk fast. I found Uncle Bob's online. They offered a free month so I checked it out. The desk clerk was super friendly. He made it simple. I am not yet sure about how secure my belongings are, but overall, I was pleased with my first experience and the ease of their outside drive up storage system.
