I had reserved the unit ahead of time, but wound up actually arriving for my initial 'move in' later than planned, and almost at closing time on a Friday (and needed to get keys, supply payment for several months, see the space etc.). The staff could not have been more efficient, accommodating or gracious, and they enabled me to get all set up so that I could drop off the first items in a challenging move, right before the office closed for the night. I so appreciated their empathy and amazing detail to excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

The storage room is clean, but the price is a bit high. Customer service is okay but in store staff and the phone service staff responding questions with different answers. The units on the 2nd floor are inconvenient but the prices are cheaper compared to the ones on the 1st floor. The store provides elevator.

There was a lot of complexity to moving my belongings from Wisconsin to Cleveland over a weekend that would ultimately end with unloading on a Sunday. I started online but I needed a human to help set my rental up properly and that's when I met Tonya. Tanya was so helpful, patient and kind in dealing with me and my endless concerns and questions. I highly recommend this location due in large part to Tonya and her excellent customer service.

Customer service was great; Tonya was awesome and very helpful. The move in was alittle rough since I moved in over the weekend and the bay doors arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able To be used. Only issue I had was the bay doors arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able; we should be able to access it during all hours that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s open. I rushed to get all the big stuff in before the bay doors had to be locked.
