The guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly

Took a week to get them to fix the latch so I could even lock what was left of my stuff. Manager was beyond rude and offensive about the whole situation and said it was very tough on him because he had to deal with the police AGAIN. YES HE SAID AGAIN BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY BEEN ROBBED TWICE BEFORE IN THE PREVIOUS PREVIOUS MONTHS!! I requested the district mgr's # multiple times and he refused to give it to me. Turns out there were missing sections and holes in the fencing at the back of the property that the police had made them aware of and they never bothered to do anything about it. I never even received an apology let alone a refund for the week I was unable to secure my storage unit that I had requested which I don't think was unreasonable and never had anyone higher up then obnoxiously rude manager Willy even though he assured me that the regional manager and owner would be contacting me. Funny how there website shows nothing but glowing 5 star reviews but there were multiple robberies there on multiple dates that they didn't even try to repair the fencing the Lakewood police had informed them of. These are facts that can be verified with the Lakewood police department feel free to verify

Place is clean, cool, and the customer service representative was phenomenal.

This is hands down the worst business I have ever encountered. Workers are beyond rude. The place is run so unprofessional. Worker left in the middle of day. Holding customer's IDs and doors coming down and had customer's vehicles trap in door..with no help in sight. I had to call police for help.

She was very helpful and explain things in detail as well making it comfortable.

I was satisfied with my experience.
