Location is close to home, if I need anything that is in storage. Good customer service

The storage place made sure I have all the information I needed prior to moving in. The space was ready and the instructions were on point to access. It was clean and the lock was ready for me inside. The code to access was sent to me before move in.

Great value for the area. Check-in was quick, unit is sparkling clean. Access hours are good for me.

Hard to give an opinion just yet. I know that the area is a safe place. The 2 workers there were very nice. It was very clean in the storage unit and roomy. I did go with a 5x5. The only thing is when you call for online reservation. They told me to bring a lock. So when i was handed a key after i said yes, i will take it. I assumed it was part of the storage fee. Not that it needed to be paid for immediately! Once i start moving my things there i will give my opinion again.

My rent was raised after just (3) months and without any notice.

Met with Terry on Sunday and made a reservation came back Monday and started to move in . Terry and valory were fantastic to work with. Valory was such a big help Monday making sure we had everything we needed to move.i would recommend any time.

My reservation and sign up to get my unit at a fair price was very painless and simple. Coming from someone who has rented their fair share of storage units in his time, This location was very clean, staff (Anne) was friendly and helpful, and the accessibility of the grounds is tremendous!

I recommend calling before getting too excited about the price quote online. Was quoted $25 online and came in with over $55 in charges. I also very much recommend getting your own lock before coming here and paying $20 for one. The unit isn't the best but it's all I could ask for with the low price. They aren't the cleanest and the door doesn't shut all the way and seal. Beyond that the lady at the desk was kind and was willing to work with me. I got my paperwork signed very quickly and was able to finish up unpacking my stuff into the unit within a decent amount of time. Giving this 4 stars because it's what I needed (besides the crazy lock price) and the lady was nice. But if you are needing a unit that is weatherproof, this may not be for you.

Tony and Terry were both very helpful. Terry helped me secure the unit and when I arrived Tony was very thorough and efficient in getting the paperwork completed.Tony showed and inspected the unit with me. It was a great size (5x15) and very clean inside. I highly recommend Public Storage in Broadview Heights for great service and great value for the money. All other units I checked were more expensive

Very friendly and knowledgeable
