Public Storage - Cleveland - 2250 W 117th Street

Everything was explained perfectly and he was very informative. All in all I had a great experience at the storage unit on W.117th.

Russ was very helpful. Was easy to move our stuff especially with the carts they offered. Will recommend to others. Price is also very reasonable.

Definately one of the more exspensive Public Storage.. But Russ really goes out of his way for vou. He really goes out of his way for his customers

Excellent customer service!! Always courteous and helpful. Russ and his team are exceptional. I left my unit unlocked the first day and Russ called me to notify me immediately. His concern was as it was his own unit. I really appreciated that!! Would rent here again and definitely would recommend!!!!!!!

Check in went smoothly. Knowledgable and friendly staff. One suggestion: when someone calls for prices, a breakdown of exactly how much it will cost to start the process would be helpful. Good thing I had enough cash on me.
