When I got there I was a little early, But Christina was very nice and was understanding, So I really did not what size storage that I need but Christina was nice enough to show me three different sizes what was very nice of her because I really did not know what I needed. She was very patient with me and she explained everything very well and she know what she was talking about items, code, the sercuity, and the locks. The area was very clean and the buildings that she took me through were very nice and clean I like that. I pick the right size storage with Christina help, then went back to due the paperwork and she explained everything in each section to me step by step which was great.and not just let you sign and then give the information so you read yourself.She explained everything.

Very helpful. Not happy there was no garbage dumpsters available to use. Had to take my trash home with me because I wasn't allowed to use theirs.

Great storage prices general manager is amazing Amanda Tht works at this location is the best customer service rep I have ever delt with.thank u to the manager and Amanda for handling every concern I have had in a timely manner..lexus on the other hand hangs up when u ask to leave message for manager Amanda..due to Amanda has better customer service skills and more polite then the lexus girl...a good friend of mine walked out recently due to the Lexus girls attitude and poor customer service skill and lack of training

AMANDA is AMAZING. She was kind, patient, humorous, and dedicated. She took me by the hand and led me right through the process. I also left something there. She called and told me and also held it for me......PSYCHIC (how did she know it was mine?)

I loved the service I received from Amanda Mckinnie, I've never been made to feel so comfortable. She listened to what I had to say about what I needed and provided the right space. She should get a raise!

I have a storage unit at this parma location and I am very very happy with my overall experience! The prices are reasonable, the units are dry and clean. Amanda was who helped me and she was so accommodating! It was a chilly day and I had her show me so many units and she stayed patient and friendly the whole time. She was professional but personal at the same time. I will definitely use them in the future!

Your website says ine thing abiut access hours and the compound says sonething else for a difference of SIX hours, This caused me quite a few problems. FIX IT! I will contact the BBB about this.
