The Manager is so helpful and friendly. The units are nice sizes and affordable. I love the secure building. The cameras provide a sense of safety in the facility.

There was some miscommunication, about timing when moving in, which cost me a little more for the truck, I was renting to move my belongings and there was only one worker at the facility, which slowed down the process as well just waiting my turn. Aside from those two downfalls, the manager is super nice and the space and the facility was clean and very accurate as far as the the unit Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m renting and the size. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d still recommend this facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s one of the most cost sufficient locations within the city of Cleveland, Oh.

The reservation I made online was effortless. I made the reservation with in 2mins. The staff called me the next day and made arrangements to meet me at the storage facility after hours to let the movers place my things in my bin. She was kind and understanding of my needs to come later in the day and willingly accomdated me with a clean close to the front door first floor unit. I call that great customer service and going above and beyond of which you cannot find in some establishments. The pricing is half off for 6 months because its a new place.The only thing is its not 24hrs yet but the staff assured me that very soon I can assess my things if needed anytime of the day.

I hope they never changed a price , Rent for a storage unit these days are extremely high my brother rent a storage room right on the spot

The store manager was really helpful. She made sure that she was there thruout my late move in time. She also showed me several units and let me choose the one I was most comfortable with. I really donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know anyone who would make the time to open back after hours just to satisfy a customer. I liked that a lot.

This place is friendly,clean,and secure.The lady was very nice and informative.She informed me about the help they would give me to get into my unit after hours.She really made me feel secure about moving my things in.So i reserved a unit for Saturday.

have to gain access to my unit only during business hours due to no security system being installed very inconvenient that i can not get into my unit whenever i need to rather than leave work early to get in before 3pm
