Pretty clean and quick, newer buildings

GREAT customer service from the phone rep to the on site service rep who signed me up. They did a GREAT job. My unit is "inside" the building, and so we had to use a door to the building from outside. After signing up, and in moving my stuff to the unit, I noticed the outside door sticks on concrete and doesn't open all the way. Use of a dolly would be near impossible unless one uses a door clear at the other end of the building. The bottom of the door scapes into poorly leveled concrete outside, and won't open but about 1/3 way. Enough to squeeze in with boxes, but anything LARGE? Forget about it. Aside from this, the place is clean, appears secure, and is conveniently located right on 82. Indeed, if they fixed that door, the place would be excellent.

Road was plowed during snow storm. Facilities were clean and temperature controlled. Excellent facility!

good experience - weather has hampered our move-in/use , but that is to be expected this time year in this area .

Stored household items for 1 year. The facility is newer and very clean. After a year my goods are in great shape. It is a little rough making a left turn into the storage area since the road narrows just at the driveway. Over all great place with professional staff.
