I appreciate the time and effort that was put in for me to receive a storage after payment and completion of documentation so yes I would recommend this storage to family and friends… so far so good..

Hall ways have had trash in their since I first viewed my unit 30 days ago second floor stairwell tires and overflowing garbage can and the door to the building doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stay closed but storage unit was clean

My unit was not cleaned when I moved into it. Otherwise it is a nice small unit.

It seems to be a nice storage facility. They should get/fix a couple of their carts. Otherwise itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a nice facility.

The woman at the desk that day was great with the service and already expecting me. The process was quick and easy and i definitely appreciate her making a rough time in my life a lil easier to get through.

It's a little out of the way of like everything in Cleveland but it's clean and gated and I was able to do everything pretty easily. Would reccomend.

Associate had good customer service and made the process easy

Elevator was not working on day I planned to move in and had already rented a insulation truck. Motion activated senors not working on several aisles…including mine and the stairwell. Had to carry a 20ft truckload of my stuff up dark stairs to an unlit storage area. None of my calls or emails were acknowledged or responded to.

I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Praying things work out smoothly

We recently rented a storage unit and were very impressed by the customer service of the on site assistant manager, as well as by the security system. Each unit is associated with a unnique entry/exit code so the system appears to track who is coming and going. In addition, the representative who helped us was thoughtful and efficient and anticipated our needs multiple times.

I am already recommending the facility. The customer service is awesome the storage facility and units are very clean. Access is very easy and safe! Thank you

Competitive pricing along with cleanliness

The 2 young ladies in the office was very helpful. I am so sorry that I didn't get their names. But my family was having a crisis and I didn't want to even deal with the storage process. The lady that help me was very through and made the process seamless. The grounds and the storage building was really clean and looked well kept. I would have to give a bad review it would be on the lock for the storage their charge was $18.00 and I was able to get one from Uhaul for $8.00. This was definitely not a deal breaker and didn't sway my decision at all. Great rate and employees Storage King.

Terrific move in. Agent was friendly and courteous.

I would give all 5s but it was 4’6” x 9’ instead of 5’ x 10’ and did not inform there would be tax and insurance added. So I paid an awful lot for a small space.

Great staff. Easy to talk to very very helpful. Only issue I can think of It might be the cylinder locks. They're not easily obtainable At decent prices.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I understood all policies and protocols prior to signing. Reservation online was simple and registration on site took less than 15 minutes. Thanks!

Jamia was great help and let me know everything I needed to know to make sure I was well educated on everything about my storage unit. Her customer service skills were top tier and I appreciate everything that she did!
