I had a great experience, I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember her name right now, but she was so nice!!! She really made me feel welcomed, this was the first time ever getting a storage and it was a great experience, she showed me around, showed me how to work the gate and how to open the door to my storage. She was very kind.

Reserved online, called to confirm, I asked to change my reservation to sooner, they were very accommodating. Unit was clean, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very secure and safe as well.

Super easy to work with and made signing up a breeze. We started at a competitor who acted like renting me a new unit was a pain or they were doing me a favor and then found out we could not access the unit after 6PM. So glad we found these guys. Great pricing, great service, and a unit that was spotless!

I'm please w my unit and it's easy access. The manager and staff were very helpful. Although when I called sparefoot to make reservations ,the girl said a manager would get back to me in a few minutes, and I never heard back from anyone, till the following day when I called them myself. The reservation did not go through correctly. Other than that, I'm very pleased.
