Time-saving online control of rental agreement and payment for move in without need to go to an office. I had access to the unit as soon as I paid online. Excellent customer service with a welcome phone call and clear instructional e-mails. I appreciated the lock that was waiting for me at the unit as I did not have extra time to go purchase one. (Yes, this lock was included in my bill, but it was the same price as other locks and custom fit to the unit for less likelihood of break-ins.) Thank you for making the rental and use of the unit so easy.

TIME SAVER!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Renting the storage unit was perfect from helpful and friendly staff on initial phone call to the online agreement signing. CubeSmart and its staff eliminated extra steps, such as going to a rental office to sign the lease and pay. Once I paid online, I had instant access to the unit before handing over the physical rental contract at the front office. A welcome bag with a lock for the unit saved me time from going to the store to purchase a lock. (Yes, I paid for the lock, but its cost was less than my time cost to go buy one.) The unit was clean. A man was outside trimming back weeds in the pavement. They really take care of their units and property. My assistant dropped off the signed rental agreement and I received a friendly welcome phone call from the manager. More businesses should serve their customers this way. This has been the best storage unit facility experience and one of the best in customer service thus far.

I had a unfortunate start the day of service but the manager Cam took care of everything. Cam definitely went above and beyond to resolve the small issue.

I was there less then two weeks and my unit was broke into and a lot of very valuable things were stolen out of my unit. The security cameras donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and the gate that was supposed to deter people from breaking in had been broke for weeks. When I asked about when it was going to get fixed when I rented the unit I was told it would be fixed within a week. Which never happened. After my unit was broke into they supposedly called 1 time. No follow up calls or emails or text.

The unit is the cheapest I could find in the area, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve just had a bit of trouble getting in contact with the front desk in regards to some questions, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve also bought a storage lock from them but no one has been in the office for me to pick it up yet.

I really like the customer service at cubesmart. Both the lady and that dude that work there are very nice and always making sure that you have a storage you want. They explained everything thoroughly. Also they followed up with me on evry conversation we had.

I took off one star for cleanliness because there were 2 bugs in the facility while I was there and one star for customer service because it was raining when I checked in and they had me walking the property in the rain with no umbrella. But as far as storage units go this one is secure and meets all of my needs. Would recommend to anyone who asked. The price and promotion was great!
