Our unit was broken in to while we were out of the country. Site management could not or would not communicate via email and photos. We had to wait until we returned to the US almost two months later to review the condition of our belongings and to try to catalogue what we'd lost. BTW, the value of what we lost was well in excess of the basic $2K of insurance offered. Site management customer service was cold, impersonal and lacking in empathy. We asked for some consideration on the two months of rent for our violated belongings. And we were told simply, "No". Not even making a pretense of going to bat with Corporate on our behalf. The site manager could not be bothered. I believe the facility's "No Contact" method of renting - specifically, of leaving a cylinder lock is a vacant unit - helped the thieves carry on their effort to steal all of our belongings over a course of several weeks. So, we are leaving due to 1.) Poor site security; 2.) Disinterested site management with poor customer service skills; and 3.) A corporate rental policy that allows access to units without having renters identifiable to management.

Friendly service, clean unit and reasonably priced.

The experience was quick easy and pleasant.

The store manager made the process extremely easy at the the 3344 Morse Rd location.

Easy to move in, clean and seems very secure.

We reserved online and received a call the day before we moved in to insure we knew the procedures and to make sure we knew they were available to help if we had any questions.

The gentlemen that helped me was very kind and helpful.

I have not actually moved in yet . And we have reserved a Truck to move in they was nice to let us Move the date for the truck

I found CubeSmart on-line and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. Thelma called me back within the hour and I must say she was knowledgeable and let me know everything that I would need to bring to complete the paperwork. The process was seamless. First off Thelma is a wonderful person. And finding someone that is a sweet as she is in a customer service position is rare. Next the grounds and the facility are super clean. I have recommended this facility already to others. I can not speak for all of your locations but this one is a super!

This was easier than I expected. We found a unit that was big enough for our stuff and cheap enough we can afford it. Thelma was the nicest person. I am very happy with the facility. It isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the closest but it won out with everything else.

We are so thankful that we found this storage unit and facility! It is saving us over $70 a month, the facility is cleaner, the staff has been amazing and incredibly sweet and kind! I would recommend this facility to ANYONE!

We chose CubeSmart because we needed a storage place in a hurry at the last minute. The online reservation system was perfect for our needs and the Sunday hours cinched the deal. I found cube smart online... it wasn't the closest facility, but it looked very clean and well taken care of and the price was reasonable. (Although I didn't realize until I was signing the paperwork that mandatory insurance was not included in the advertised price.) The manager of the facility was terrific and I feel that my belongings will be very secure. Although it's not accessible 24/7, the hours are still pretty good and this will not be a problem unless there's an unexpected emergency. Overall, it's a very good value.

Excellent location near Easton on Morse Road

We have 7 storage units and I have to tell you that the onsite staff that checked us in were so helpful on the phone and in person. They made it fun and comprehensive!

Excellent customer service getting set up. The unit as well as the grounds are very clean.

First time renting a storage they made it nice and easy and explain everything to me.

The only thing that lowered the Customer Service score was that the office was locked with a "Back at 12pm" sign on the front door when we arrived to move in and that was a bit of a niggle. It was Sunday, it was 11:30am, but we were ready to go. Once he got there, Hal was extremely pleasant...just that one issue.

I have been using Storage places for years. I think I found my long term location with CubeSmart. Very Friendly, fair price and great location. I appreciated that my agent stopped what she was doing to help me when I walked in.

Very friendly and helpful. Wish it were cheaper, but it is probably very well priced since it was cheaper than Public Storage.

Office is clean, unit secure. There is, however, a large semi-trailer parked up front which houses a team that apparently disassembles cars. I hope it's not a chop shop, but it sure looks like it. Office staff is aware as the trailer plugs their extension cords into the office outlets. Perhaps request a unit in the back.

Hal was super helpful and went through everything with me in good detail. The process was a little lengthy, but better than not knowing the terms and trying to learn how to use the storage unit by yourself. Place is in a great location and very clean, compared to some of the other options in Columbus. I also got a pretty good discount because I ordered through sparefoot.

The main manager of the store was amazing, she stayed after closing to get me set up and explained all the information I didn't know.

I was running late, half of the people helping us move cancelled, and almost missed our move in appointment. I called Melinda, the manager, to let her know and she patiently waited past closing time to accommodate us. She was not in a rush, and did not try to hurry me along or cut corners even though I was there after closing. She definitely helped make a great impression of the facility.

The employees were so sweet and covered everything with us and helped us stay on time with the truck rental. Would definately use again!

Convenient location, secure facility with cylinder locks that cannot be cut off, office looked brand new. Hal was friendly and accommodating. Prices 30% lower than competition.

I reserved at another location online but did not receive an immediate email response. I called the national help line and they got me the best rate in the area the same day! I arrived at my new location about an hour later and the assistant had already cleaned out my storage room and had my paperwork ready to go. She outlined all of the fees and requirements clearly. It was perfect!

The gentleman was very nice and helpful. This was the best value after shopping around. Unfortunately it turned out I did not need a storage unit but if I would need one in the future CubeSmart is my first stop.

Got there about 20 minutes until closing. The manager seemed in a hurry to get me out so he could leave.

Would recommend, they didn't rush us into a decision nor through paperwork. Got us right into a unit that day and all went smooth.
