Very ghetto. Hours to be let into the facility should be 24 hours as some people don't work a normal schedule.

I started storing stuff here in August of 2025. That was a mistake. Since starting to store my stuff here the rent has nearly doubled and two nights ago my storage unit was broken into. The manager is charismatic and likeable, but was flippant when telling me that my unit was broken into. He almost appeared to enjoy telling me that. Naturally I called the police to file a report so that insurance will (hopefully) replace what was stolen. This place won’t turn over video without a subpoena (which seems like they’re trying to hide something). In the course of filing the report the officer told me that they are here nearly daily on break-in complaints. The place is also a mess. Avoid this place. They’re expensive and don’t give a crap about you or your stuff.

They was fast and friendly. Make sure that accompanying me for the situation that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m going through. They were understanding and very compassionate and off for a customer satisfaction

I pulled up to the storage facility and just made it in time to rent the unit. They were getting ready to close but the manager stayed to rent the unit to me. The people here are very nice and polite.

So far everything has been very easy to get unit and move in stuff

IT WAS FAST AND EASY TO RENT AND MOVE IN TO A NEW UNIT AND THE GUY AT THE LOCATION WAS VERY HELPFUL.

No free month, special 1/2 off rate isa about average for that size unit.anyway . Not content or delighted by this storage choice. Would definitely have second thoughts if had to do it over.

I had a great experience moving in. Friendly customer service with Jeff and the perfect size 10x20 space. The gate code was pretty simple to use as well.

I have been with this facility for 2 years and had to miss a payment because of the pandemic and they refused to work out payment arrangements. I wanted to remove my belongings but it was infested with roaches. Horrible experience DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

My storage unit was infested with mice and ruined almost all of my items. There were mouse feces everywhere and even a dead mouse in the unit. So disgusting! Then I had to dispose of all the ruined items. No refund was given and was told to file a claim with the insurance company!

I feel very comfortable with my items being stored there.

The whole experience was convenient and hassle-free! Jeff and Lisa were highly accommodating and wonderful.

I would recommend cube smart over any other storage facility I have used in the past. The units are large and clean and the facility is very well run and very professional.
