I reserved the unit online to get special promotions and was called within 10 min to set everything up. Customer service was very polite and helpful. Went the next day to see the unit, it was clean and premises was secure. The gentlemen that help me was very kind and helpful!!

We are moving from a large home to an apartment. Everyone at CubeSmart is absolutely great. the place is very clean, very well maintained. great security. every possible fee was disclosed up front. a wonderful selection of packing items and a truck we can use. We are very pleased!!

We've had a great experience with CubeSmart on W Broad St in Columbus. Rob was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable moving our belongings into the storage unit. SpareFoot, however, miscommunicated many details. We set a move-in date, and SpareFoot recorded a different day; SpareFoot confirmed a 10x25 unit, and we later found out that they reserved us a 10x20; Finally, we were told that the unit would be prorated and would cost us about $50, but found out later that CubeSmart does not prorate and that it would end up costing us $150. In the end, the CubeSmart employees and their excellent customer service made up for the issues we had with SpareFoot.

Specifically my unit has a very small door (exactly the width of a refrigerator) and was very tough to make the bigger boxes go in .The other units have a much larger door. Overall the facility is good. Should have a light on it thou

The service provider was very friendly and helpful. I hadn't realized I could also purchase boxes, locks, etc and that was wonderful. The storage facility is very clean and neat each time I have been to my unit. I highly recommend this facility.

Be careful to ask about the out the door cost specifically upfront. The online offer at the time was for first month free and 15% off. I requested a unit be held, was immediately contacted by someone onsite. The person I was contacted by "forgot" to disclose any hidden fees and failed to mention any mandatory insurance. I drove up with my truck expecting to maybe pay taxes and a nominal administration fee at the most. Long story short, the first "free" month cost $32.00 after they charged a ridiculous $22.00 administration fee and mandated insurance of $10.00. Now the 5x5 space I expected to pay $21.25 per month for is costing $32.68. To add salt to the wound today, I went to pay my bill online, and wouldn't you know, another non-disclosed admin fee of $1.95 for online payment submission (unless you elect to be automatically billed). I tried calling the payment in, and guess what, it is $3.95 to do it over the phone, and this is not disclosed until you have provided your CC info. If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it would be this. DECEPTIVE
