The Cubesmart in downtown Columbus is conveniently located, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

With pressures from within a toxic environment rising at the start of the new year, I found myself in need of a storage solution that was centrally located and hassle-free. I loved that they had the option for contactless rental and move-in. I entered my info and submitted payment all within 13 minutes and moved in two hours later! Brittany (the general manager) is the greatest and has made significant improvements throughout the property since I moved in a year ago. I no longer have to wear a gas mask or fear what I might encounter when going to my unit! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank U

Very pleasant experience renting this storage unit. Renters have code access and a garage and cart that are very convenient for moving large and many items.

Elevator smelled like pee and homeless people were sleeping in the hallway. Floors are filthy. Gross

This unit was listed as climate controlled and it is not. Very high humidity and very hot. I paid extra for a climate controlled unit and am pretty dissatisfied. Interactions with the manager are very confrontational and not very customer service focused. When I rented the unit I left work and rushed to get there before they closed. I arrived at 5:50pm and the office closes at 6pm. The manager looked at the clock and asked me if I could come back tomorrow. When I explained the hours are hard for me to make from work she rolled her eyes and rented me the unit. The entire renting process took 5 minutes. Disappointed in the customer service.

best storage experience to date. Very clean, private, accessible, good lighting. Office team was very personable and helpful.
