I initially reserved my unit online, and then followed up by calling the facility and completing the rental process with Brandon at the location of my choice. We were met with a technical issue that stalled the process due to my cc payment not registering, but after being reassured that the $ would be available in my account by the next day, all was good. I arrived to pay for the unit in person the very next day, where I encountered Brandon in person and he was just as helpful then as he had been the day previous. Great customer service and prompt problem solving of staff on duty.
