I had a great experience at Uncle Bob's. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Uncle Bob's to all my family and friends.

If you book a unit online, it's very cheap! But in you do it instore, the cost is a little steep. Also, the place was clean and quiet, but I didn't see any security guards or anything. That would have made me feel a little more safe. However, the locks that they perfer you use are quite resistant, so theres less of a chance of having a break in occur.

This was my first time ever having to rent a storage unit. Due to financial difficulties in my life, I have had to move into a smaller apt & have been extremely stressed over the entire ordeal. With that being said, Landon (office associate) was more then helpful & because of his professionalism, I was able to relax about my things being in storage. He went above his call of duty & it couldn't have been more appreciated. I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone.

The woman who helped my mother and I with our paperwork and information on our storage unit was very kind. We had meaningful conversations about the storage unit, and she was able to answer any questions we had. The storage unit was a nice size, and the pricing of the facility was fair considering the size and availability.

Added a lot of additional fees to initial pricing to nearly double the cost, but nice facility

My first experience renting a storage unit was very pleasant. I have of course driven by many and did not feel good about actually storing my possessions at those facilities. I was very impresses with the safe feeling, cleanliness and friendly staff. I never rate anybody perfect, and having nothing to compare too, they might very well be a number 10!
