Extra Space Storage - 6072 - Columbus - Alum Creek Dr

I spent a few days reviewing and visiting storage facilities before I decided on Self Storage on Alum Creek Rd. I was able to reserve and then rent the size unit I need. I paid for my first month and then set up my profile account on the site. It was so easy. The next day I drove to the facility to check in and make sure I was all set. I was pleasantly surprised to find two employees working the counters. Both gentlemen were very respectful as well as helpful in explaining where my unit was located and how to use the code to get through the gates and doors. I was given clear directions on what path to take, what I would pass on my way to the area of the building I needed and where I could park to best access my unit. The automatic doors are very wide and just inside them are flatbed carts for moving my items to my unit. The space inside as well as my unit were immaculate. The temperature control (AC) inside was a life saver when I brought my first load in with the outside temp hitting 90 and humid. I have already recommended this facility to an acquaintance and will recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in the future. Absolutely pleased with my decision to store here.

We moved a small apartment amount of furniture into a 10x15 unit and it was more than enough space. Facility is extremely clean.

I got text messages uh let me know where when and what once I had to move in, The service was great, Even had to make adjustments to my unit that went smoothly too.
