About Hilliard South Self Storage
Hilliard South Self Storage is a family owned and operated facility which strives to provide our customers with the best storage experience possible. We understand that moving can be stressful, so our friendly on-site managers are available to help you in any way they can We have both climate controlled and drive up units accessible through a coded electronic gate. We also have security cameras, a perimeter fence, and lights throughout the property, so you can be sure your belongings are safe. 24-hour access is available by request for 10 per month. 24 hour access is available upon request.

Made a reservation online in the evening. Received a call from Sonny the next morning to confirm. Process of renting is extremely easy. Happy that is has 24 hour cameras and a locked gate.

The price is kind of a lot—over $200 just for one month. But it was an easy process to get in and out, and the space was clean and easy to drive up to to unload everything.

Clean, good price (maybe even great!), extremely friendly, helpful, responsive on-site manager. Only "hitch" so far is interior bay lighting: hall lights are motion activated / timed and no lights in bay. Take a flash! If you forget, it can get very dark in a hurry :) Note: if you get an interior bay, the access to the hall and bay is by standard-width hinged exterior door -- whatever you couldn't get through the front door of your house can't be stored in an interior bay! :) :)

I had a unit with an unnamed big box place but wanted to move my stuff elsewhere. I met with the lady at Hilliard south and she was very helpful in letting me pick a unit. Even seeing multiple sizes to find one that fit my needs. The units are very nice and easy to access. My previous unit with another company had sharp screws sticking through the walls and some sort of stuff falling from the ceiling. There is nothing like that at all here. I was glad to pay slightly more for the service and quality at Hilliard south.

Overall very good. One issue though - they don't plow the outdoor storage parking area making it difficult to back a trailer into the assigned spot w/o getting stuck in the snow.
