I do not suggest using the online call center to make payment they will send you to another facility not associated with National in another zip code However they reserved my unit at National Gina @National was very helpful and Professional helped resolve issue

Everything about this place is great! The customer service is the best! It's always clean. Except for junkies that are in the nearby area. I would totally recommend this place to my friends who can afford it. I only got a 5Ã—10. The smallest unit just about and I'm paying over $100 for it. But I was desperate and needed something. They do have 50%off your first month deal so that was nice

I liked that I was able to see the storage unit before buying because I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t used one before. Roger was very helpful about explaining everything!
