I was truly impressed with the facility & the customer service. Having made my reservation online, I was running a little late to arrive. I called & gave my name to say that I was on my way. When I got there, Theresa (staff) had already found my reservation & was ready to show me a unit for my approval! The facility & the grounds are very clean. Afterward, we returned to the office & we were able to complete the process, I paid the fees & finalized everything quickly. I'm very happy with the service I received & with my storage unit. I had shopped around to find a good price & this location had the most reasonable monthly fees. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone who needs storage!

Tee, Vicki, and Mark are wonderful to work with. I had to move my daughter out of Ohio State University due to the campus closing because of the corona virus. They were wonderful to work and the facility is located 25 minutes from the campus in a very nice rural area. Very nice and clean facility and the prices are great.
