This unit was very clean, the front desk was very kind and helpful to me during my leasing process- which is very important to me as a trans individual. Not every place like this has friendly employees, but Logan was delightful. My unit was perfect and very clean upon move in. And for the price you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat it! Highly recommend.

I haven't seen this kind of storage facility in a long time. Really the best place to store anything, easy access, security and overall cleanliness is outstanding. I would recommend everyone should use Public Storage for their storage needs.

I had a great experience with Public Storage in Upper Arlington, the staff was knowledgeable and kind. They were able to guide me through the process of getting my unit reserved and auto pay setup. The facilities are super clean and well maintained. The indoor climate controlled units don't have any noticable odor or any signs of pests. I feel confident my belongings will be safe and unharmed for the duration they are secured here.

Not very understanding of college student needs, but good deals and customer service nonetheless

Told on the phone for climate 10x15 but when I got there, it was for the outside unit. Also, they gave me the wrong unit so I have to go back in to file out more paperwork.

Lisa was very knowledgeable and nice and helpful in explaining my options and getting the storage space promptly!
