Public Storage - Columbus - 2655 Billingsley Rd

Was able to do everything online: reservation, payment, instructions about how to access. I even cancelled the insurance that I didnt need. All without human intervention! Access to unit was easy in, easy out. Right off Sawmill. Property manager was responsive to a question I had. Got right back to me.

Move went very well. Price is very reasonable. Like the app.

Great experience. Rented a unit for business inventory. Margie at the front desk had me set up and moving in very quickly! Great location, excited to be here.

Location was great. Office staff was friendly enough. However being quoted roughly $65 for a space and ending up paying $105 is tad much. But when I'm in a pinch I'll do it. Just be aware.

I did it for the first time. The manager did it real quick and very easy for me. I store my luggage and access it whenever I want. It has been a great experience for me.

I was so pleased with the professionalism and ease of the whole process. It made my move much more stress-free knowing everything was being handled in an organized manner.

Lets be real. Storage places fall onto two categories, sometimes they are there to make your planned events easier, sometimes to make your unplanned events less caiotic. Everyone has a pinch moment from time to time. What I have noticed is that Public Storage is THE goto solution in either circumstance. They are there, ready, able and more than willing to make your unique circumstances easier. Thanks to you for being there.

Pros - excellent customer service, this makes each visit a pleasure - very easy to reserve the unit and no cancellation penalty - many size options anytime - good security systems - no long term contract required, can terminate anytime Cons - renters cannot use his/her own locks, have to buy 1-4 keys depending on size of storage unit which cost additional $20-$80 is a hidden cost - not sure if there is climate-controlled units Overall it's a very good storage to use, can recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service

Nikki called and changed my appointment so I could get the unit I wanted. She explained everything thoroughly and it my check in was quick.

Staff friendly enough but facility seems to be on borrowed time. I have 3 large units. Insulation falling from ceiling and I was essentially told to deal with it, "we don't address those types of problems". I can literally see to the exterior through a large crack in the concrete wall at least 1" wide. If not for the convenience of the location, I would certainly store elsewhere.

The manager at the Billingsly rd Columbus was amazing. We talked about what I needed and she made sure she made one available for me. It's nice to work with someone who cares.

The price was better than other places I checked, I got a super promotional rate.The manager, Margie, was nice and helpful, explained how the gate works, due dates and everything I may need to know. The property was clean, the garage was clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for storage.

I rented last month, and only needed for 3-4 weeks, I got a great price, and wasn't required to sign a long term lease. I put my stuff in, and came back to get it a few weeks later, and everything was perfect. Super easy access, and the managers Margie S & Margie M was so helpful. I will be back next summer! I stopped in to get a couple boxes and was surprised to see Margie at this location! Ive done business with her in the past and its nice to see a friendly face. Great people and very friendly.

Margie was on time, and very helpful. Exactly what you would want from a storage unit. Reasonable rate, and nice that they prorate your payment up to the 1st 5 days of the month when you're ready to move your stuff out if it's needed.

Location was ideal for use since I moved from a large city to this area. Since nothing goes as planned, I used PS for a year. During the time I was a customer, they kept me informed as to any changes such as lock change or payment. My use of this storage facility was worry free & management was always accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone in need of a worry free storage area. The place is clean and no signs of vermin of any sort.

This location is ideal for our family. I rented a unit here for my daughter and decided to go with a larger size unit so that we could share the space. We got locked in at a really great rate, the property manager is always friendly and helpful and the unit is especially great because it has a door at both ends allowing us access to our own separate items regardless of how much stuff the other one has put in. It's just off of 270 and Sawmill which is great because we're frequently passing through or nearby the area, making it that much easier to drop off or pick up items while taking care of other daily business. 5 stars ??

Lisa is one smart general manager at the Dublin, Ohio Public Storage. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants basic storage options at reasonable prices.

Lisa was very helpful and professional. She did not try to sell me any more than I needed. Through no fault of Lisa's the facility is run down and old. There is insulation falling off the ceiling of the storage unit and the doors do not seal well to the ground. I will have to cover all my belongings with a tarp or something to keep the stuff at least half way clean. I will also have to put something under the door to keep the wind from blowing dirt, rain, and snow into the unit. I really expected the facility to be in better condition.

I needed a storage space nearby that would be easy to access and affordable. I found the Public Storage Inc on 2655 Billingsley Road in Dublin, Ohio which was the perfect location for me. I was able to make my reservation online and received a discounted monthly rate. Everything was very easy and smooth and Lisa was both friendly and professional. Can't say enough good things about my experience and I now have a safe and reliable place to store extra household items. Thank you!

Just got a notice that my rent is increasing. Not interested in paying more. Looking elsewhere.
