Very clean and very nice staff

I wouldve never rented a unit here had i known they lock the gate at 9 and 10. It said on the website 24 hour access which was a lie.

The Morse road location seems to have the best rates of any Public Storage location in Columbus. They had the $1 move in special for the size unit I needed. The lady at the counter was very helpful in answering any questions and she did a good job in explaining all the regulations and rules. The facility itself is nothing fancy and could use some attention, if you're looking for a no frills storage site this place is it.

Tatum gave excellent customer service. Easy to work with. Very understanding of my storage needs and extremely patient. I would highly recommend Public Storage. This service is worth it's weight in gold.

The storage unit I have is great but it doesn't have a light and going threw my stuff would make it easier with a inside light.

they have great deals, they let you see your unit first, and they explain their rates as well. I like them because they are close to home and the security they provide is good as well!
