The office was closed all day on Tuesday, when I arrived. And they had left a lock in my unit which I didn't ask for or need, but they charged me $20 for it. So I couldn't return it. VERY annoying!

I've rented from public storage before, great experience. This time was very unorganized.I still will recommend but tell them not to be in a hurry.

I am very happy with public storage. They have a first month half off storage unit discount which I thought was great. I upgraded to a larger unit in less than 2 weeks of being there and had 0 zeros issues. Anne is very helpful and super nice! I feel confident that my possessions are safe.

Convenient location but gates seem to stay open much longer than necessary. I've arrived twice to them wide open. Not informed of insurance requirement until the final contract signing. Your internet rate is not the final rate you'll pay because of this, just FYI.

Had a wonderful experience at this storage unit. The manager, Dominique, went over and above to help get us set up with very short notice. We had experienced a fire - she was sympathetic and caring of our needs. We were shown the rental prior to signing the agreement. Great experience so far. The only reason I did not give the place 5 stars is because of the aisle ways can hold water. It is no where near the units - but worth looking into some drainage. Thanks again!

I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE! Especially thd property manager DOMINIQUE..She is fabulous, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and considerate of people's time and even possess phone ettiquetics unlike the CLEVELAND AVE location...which is exactly why I would only use the EASTON location...not to mention the facility is intact and clean. My unit was ready soon as I arrived without delays and she is very personable...can't get enough of HER!!! She's awesome!!!!

Quick and easy to setup and $1 first month was what got me. Good location off the highway and enough room to load and unload stuff. Anne was very helpful with the startup process.

I had a very pleasant experience when I went in to pay for my storage unit. I was running late and very frazzled. The two ladies working in the office offered to stay to ensure I was taken care of. They were so polite and helpful. Thank you!

There is only one employee, and she was busy every time I was there. To avoid wait time, make sure you call ahead! But she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took me to look at the units, and made sure I had what I needed.
