first time rental, worked smoothly.

Yasi,the manager at the Kenny Rd. location is the only reason I kept my unit there. She is so friendly, bubbly & positive. She also made sure I got the size unit that was right for me. She gave excellent customer service. She's a keeper!

Yasi was amazing from start to move-in. She helped me, was super friendly, and made sure my storage needs were met.

Fast and simple moving in I had a very simple experience online through spare foot which made the process with Public Storage even easier as there was a language barrier with the property manager however myself I meant to select kinnear rd and selected Kenny Road But glad I did the property is private and very much easy to access and within minutes to downtown

This is my second time renting a storage unit from Public. As before, they do not disappoint. The unit is simple, clean, and just the right size for my needs. The staff have always been friendly and eager to make the process as easy as possible.

The guy that checked us in, I think his name was Christian? Not sure. Anyways, he was great. But I feel bad for the guy. First off, the computers at this location are garbage. It shut down on him at least 4-5 times while he was trying to complete our rental. Quadrupled the time it should've taken. Then, he has to be the bearer of bad news that I have to purchase a compatible lock because this location does not take any other type of lock other than the cylindrical one. I was ok with this, but a heads-up would've been nice. I'm sure he's had an earful from grumpy people about it, but don't shoot the messenger. Poor guy is just doing his job to the best of his abilities. Please invest in a co-worker like this. He was delightful, but you guys have set him up to fail.

I have been working with Yasi at this storage facility for 10 years. Every few years I need to change the size or configuration of my rental unit to meet my current needs. Each time Yasi finds the perfect unit for me, close to my old one to make the transfer easier. Working with Yasi is a pleasure and she her ready smile and can-do attitude make her exceptional.

Yasi is really kind and considerate. I only have a good feeling on this storage center.

I have had a unit here for more than a year and never had a bad experience. Yasi takes care of every thing. I would definitely recommend this storage to every one. Even units are least expensive and drive way access.
