I'M GIVING TO THIS STORAGE 5 STARS, VERY CLEAN, SECURE AND STAFF IS VERY KIND

The facility is very clean and secure. The first contact we had at the facility was with the manager. She was no at all helpful and had a lousy attitude. Fortunately when we returned the following day the manager was not there. The lady we worked with was much nicer and stated that she had heard from other customers that they also had issues with the manager.

Never rented a storage unit before. Like the ease of entry to our storage, security from break-in, and the condition of the units. Be sure to fill out paperwork online. The office calls and sets up an appointment with you. Just a couple of hiccups. First I made the appointment for 10 am. Then two minutes later, I received an email changing it to 10:30. Second, when we arrived at 10:30, our time slot to finish the paperwork was given to a drop-in. I was told rentals were ONLY by appointment. The employee working had not looked to see if there were appointments for the day and gave our slot away and made us wait. Do not appreciate that at all.

First time using Public Storage. The Mary and Lisa at the Old Hamilton Rd location were friendly, the storage unit was clean and I would tell a friend about this place.

The Public Storage on N. Hamilton Road in Columbus, Oh is impressive. Everything from the parking lot to the office to the storage units is neat and clean. Mary was very cordial and professional and we feel the things we store there will be safe and secure.

Quick easy and painless

Ran into some problems and needed a bigger unit. Got there at 4:00 and Mary changed me to a larger unit before the movers came. Very customer oriented and a safe, clean facility. Definitely would recommend Public Storage.

Tatum was extremely helpful and courteous. She made everything easy for us. On our second visit Lisa was extremely helpful in educating us about how to access the storage locker, etc. Great staff!

Everything to date has been top notch. I have both a climate controlled and outside storage units for an estate I am managing. A couple little things: there is a super squeaky, teeth jarring silver dolly in the climate control that we (those renting spaces) all try to avoid, and the door kickstand on the door near the stop sign is worn completely down so the door won't stay when you want to take a dolly in.

At the last minute, literally the movers had the truck loaded, I realized that I needed a bigger storage unit. I got online reserved a larger unit. I called Lisa, the manager at my location and explained to here the situation. She was so helpful and when everything was packed in the storage unit she transferred me from the old unit to the new one. She was great!!

Had a fantastic move-in experience at this location. The facility is clean and well-secured and the staff is just wonderful - very helpful and customer oriented. Everything was clearly explained up front. I had originally rented a smaller unit than I wanted, but they advised me to keep checking the website and if a larger unit became available I could transfer. One did and the transfer process was super easy. Thanks for all of your help and the quality service I've received!

Excellent move-in experience! Clean, well secured, and well lit facility. Doorways and halls are wide enough for large furniture. Storage units are well-kept. Extremely helpful that carts are available for use to transport items. And the registration process was fast and simple. The specialist that assisted me, Anne, was great! Very friendly and helpful. She made my first experience with renting a storage unit very painless. I will certainly recommend this business to friends.

Lisa, was awsome, unit was clean and dry. I thought that the first months rent should have been pro-rated. We moved in on the 13th of February and were charged for the first full month. A 10x20 unit with the second month being half off. Reserved unit on line.
