Storage manager (Anne) was helpful, Found a unit that with easy access for my boat. There was a corporate computer glitch (1 star off for that) that made securing the advertised promotional rate by SpareFoot very difficult but we eventually worked thruogh that a day later.

The public storage on busch blvd in Columbus, OH is a convenient location for me. It's only a few minutes from I-71. It's also located in a great area just minutes from shopping and restaurants. I had the pleasure to meet a few of the staff members. Ann and Mary were polite, friendly and courteous. Mary went above and beyond to make my storage needs as simple as possible. I was able to choose the exact storage size unit that i wanted and the monthly rate is excellent. The whole process lasted less than an hour. I couldn't be happier!

The site Manger Hannah was very helpful and friendly. So glad she helped when I thought my belongings would never fit in one unit. She was right and I still have room. So far, no issues with this location.

Not happy that the woman working on 10/06/18 basically called me a liar when we got there it was before 5 and she was already outside leaning against her car smoking a cigarette and I told her that I had a reservation for today she said I don't have any reservations for today then she got pissy with me when I asked her for the main number she said she didn't know it and got in her car and backed into the cement poles

I got my storage on Friday as I left from paying for the facility I was told that the lady working was going to take the public storage lock off since I was going to be providing my own! She told me that I can use any type of lock I would like, this was after checking and double checking that I didn't need a cylinder lock! I rent a moving truck Saturday load all of my belongings and head to the storage only to get there and find the lock was not removed and I was unable to get to my unit! After calling the customer service line I found out if a "lock on at all times" policy and since it was after office hours I would now have to keep this uhaul full of my stuff until the next day and call the office to speak to them! The next day comes and I call them at 9:10am (they open at 9) no answer of course so I leave a message explaining the situation and ask someone to please call me back, I wait til noon with NO call!!! I then call again and finally get someone who advise me she is there until 5 and will take the lock off when I arrive! We get there with and the lock is removed as promised this time! We unload and find that the pad lock we have bought isn't securing the door, there is a piece missing to the door that isn't stopping the lock part from sliding open!!! We then call to be told that we have to have a cylinder lock only that is $20! On top of the lock we already bought and can not return cus it's opened, the uhaul and all the extra gas and mile we are going to have to pay for the 1st inconvenience the evening before!!!!! We had a HORRIBLE experience with this storage experience and have had to pay way more money than expected!!!! Also inside our unit there are some random metal pieces sticking out preventing us from using the entire space we have rented!!!!!
