I was able to rent this unit online, I didn’t have to go into the office. With my life being so busy right now it was great. I paid online signed contracts and off to storage to move in my things they sent my secret code by text and when I got to the gate it was a personalized experience. The unit was clean and ready for my stuff. Thanks ðŸ‘ÂðŸ‘Â

the facility I went to to get my storage unit was clean the manager on site was very professional and courteous I would recommend this company to everybody I know who needs to have temporary storage or permanent storage

Lisa was very good and helpful. I would give 5 stars but I think making the customer buy a $20 lock because they use a special lock on certain units is insane! Other than that everything was great.

I stopped by the Ambleside Dr. location about a week ago to get information on the storage units? and pricing for my upcoming move. Bethany was working and was very personable which made the visit pleasent. She answered all my questions and then some. I always turn to you when I'm moving. I don't like that rushed feeling, and intend this move to be "it" for awhile. So, I like to get al non essential boxes out of current place and start stirring and clearing out. Your location is literally around the corner from new place as opposed to far away like now. Thanks!

Tried to call in a payment because I was on vacation, but they said I had to go to a local store (the closest to where I was in Florida was more than an hour drive). Very frustrating but eventually we figured out how to get the website to let us pay online.
