Needed a place quickly to store my stuff until I found a new home. Public storage came through. Facility was clean and the one staff person I met was very helpful.

Billie the Manager was excellent. She showed me the space and it was fine. We did the paperwork and she explained everything I needed to know and it was perfect.

Lisa gets 5 stars. She was extremely helpful in explaining the costs and going over all the details in a quick and efficient manner. but the fact that there's no air conditioner for the office for staff to sit in is disappointing on the part of Public Storage Corp.

I spent a long time trying to find a facility with a parking space in Central Ohio. Most places never called me back and never responded to e-mails. One place which their national office told me had spaces - never responded to phone calls or e-mails and never confirmed an appt the national office made for me to visit the location. When I dropped in on my own - they denied they had any spaces....which looking at the site was definitely not true. So with this as my experience to date - I was thrilled when Public Storage had what I wanted, at a good price and took care of everything in just a few minutes. Unlike the competition - they made an effort to get my business and they will keep it. Margie at the office did a great job. We look forward to getting additional spaces when they open up and when they do.....we know they will call us to let us know.
