Everything went very smooth in working with Danielle! She showed us our options and helped us choose a garage that is a good fit for us.

I wish I could share a more positive experience. The online setup was straightforward and convenient. However, I later had questions and was surprised to be charged $20 for a lock that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel very secure. It was also challenging to reach someone at the office to address my concerns, and the lock I paid for wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even in the storage unit. The office was supposed to close at 6:00 PM, but I arrived at 3:40 PM and was unable to access my unit. I was incredibly frustrated to have a vehicle full of items but couldn't store them. I hope the process goes more smoothly when I end my lease than it did at the start.

Great newer facilities around the area but this one priced right, ease of access, and safer appearance than others.
