The area could be clean up, following up on some of the junk sitting there and moving them out

Quick service easy on line reservation need better prices for disabled senoirs Other than that i would recommend for sure . It was very clean which is always good . Front entrance is only small issue we actually went past it because its way in the back .

Jonathan was resourceful, professional and provided a superior experience. He provided clear communication which ultimately resulted in a great experience with him and the company. I was provided information from a booking agent and another Public Storage location representative which ended up being different from the company policy. I explained this to Jonathan when I arrived and without hesitation he got to work on trying to resolve the issue and make calls to colleagues and management on my behalf instead of simply saying sorry I can't because it's against the policy. He is passionate about his position and got my situation resolved. As a result, he booked my space and I signed the lease agreement. Highly recommend speaking with Jonathan for your Public Storage needs.

I've rented before with Public Storage and had sub par to decent experience. Jonathan at this location provided me with the most professional experience with Public Storage. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property as well as the units that would fit my storage needs. Very great experience!

Very unhappy that there are no climate controlled units on the property thought that was what I was getting with the price I'm paying but now I have to go back to my unit and spend my day off digging out all my electronics.

Our first visit was on a cold snowy day. Juanita was wonderful! She gave us all the information we needed and how to go about doing things. Since our first visit everyone has been helpful and informative. I like that we can access our unit early and that someone is on the property at all times.
