Finding what I needed and pre check in was easy. My facility was gracious and patient when I changed my unit size, twice. They were professionally friendly when I arrived to check in. I'm confused about continuing payment. However, I will be calling them tomorrow.

From a prior review, I was so excited. Very happy with my experience. Being a fresh former store manager from extra space storage, I was very pleased. the customer service representative kaleem was so respectful, a great listener, and stood out from all the rest of the places I called. He listened to my concerns and put me into the right unit with the right price. Overall public storage is a great company, I would recommend them to everyone. Kaleem didn't lack in any aspect of the rental process! Anywhere would glad to have him.

Sunny was understanding our needs in finding the right size unit. It's easy to get too.. We have mote than enough room. It's easy to get in and out. Like the security and knowing that our stuff is safe.
