Public Storage - Westerville - 5711 Westerville Rd

Location worked well for us. Seemed like it was a good value and competitive with other locations. Unit was clean when we arrived. Don't really care for the fact that you are forced to accept and pay for their insurance and lock for the unit when you apply, but you can request a refund for both if you so choose after you move in. Overall satisfied with the experience.

We have rented from this facility three separate times and have never had a bad experience. The people in the office have always been friendly and helpful, the units are clean.

I don't usually do reviews but since Tatum was so helpful and understanding during a pretty hard time of fast paced moving. She was quick but professional with all the paperwork! She even came back out while she saw us struggling later on in the day to put the lock back on. Thank you so much Tatum!

Excellent customer service, saved me time and hassle. Clean, quiet location, right by 270, so it's easy to get to and get home from. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing and made sure I actually got what I needed. Two thumbs up

Jennifer, the manager, was fantastic! She provided us with EXCELLENT customer service, took the time to personally show us two separate units and answered our many questions. The property is clean and well-maintained, the storage units are individually lit and security is good. We were pleased with the monthly rate and that there's no contract, and ended up renting a unit. We really appreciated Jennifer's obvious commitment to her customers...this location is a great choice for your storage needs!

Jennifer was so helpful and took the time to explain how to pack certain items so they won't get damaged. She is very kind and friendly making me feel like a friend not just a customer. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I was signing. The unit and the property are clean and secure. If you're in need of storage this is a great place!

The customer service has been top notch. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have thus far is with the insurance. I don't know why I'm being forced to carry your insurance (even if only for a month), other than as a way for you to get a few extra dollars out of me. $11 per month for $3000 worth of insurance is highway robbery, but obviously I have no choice but to pay it. I went with Public Storage mainly because of the convenience of how close you are to my home. If I need storage in the future, I will certainly price check before going back.
