Unit was perfect for our temporary storage needs as well as great service to get us access.

Representative was very helpful. Storage was clean and easy access.

Had difficulty accessing facility the first time. Call the phone number on the door, had to leave a voice message which was never returned. Eventually was able to find a previous email the had the code.

Had trouble getting the gate access code and the access from my phone didn't work. I called the number no one answered and did not return my call. After about 45 minutes we finally found the gate access code after searching multiple times.

Clean well lit parking space perfect place to park my vehicle.

I was renting a space from another facility, name withdrawn, and I was there for about 8 years. I never knew what to find in my spot when I would go to drop off my camper. The space was gravel and I had to keep it weed-free myself. Management made very little effort to keep my spot empty of other folks running a business out of the facility. Now I am on concrete with plenty of room to move and hope to be there a long while. Getting the spot was very easy, mostly online. Entry code worked the first time and I like being able to use bluetooth.

I needed to declutter and organize my basement. Found the storage space, picked a size, filled out paperwork and paid online. The space was clean and ready. Everything worked seamlessly and I did not even need to speak to anyone. Perfect!

A good deal and easy to rent. Very clean. Excellent customer service.

The move in price and process was effortless. The move out process was painful. I forgot to remove a lock in January and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re going into May and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still being charged for a lock that couldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been cut off. Smh.

The place is clean and cheap and also very secure.
