Living in Miamisburg for two decades, I have had occasion to need a temporary storage facility and have always been impressed with the security and care that Advantage Self-Storage provides to their customers. I always call them first. Their customer service representative, Linda, is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions and arranging the best choice for my storage needs. My highest recommendation.

Linda was very professional in her approach and was so prepared she provided answers before I asked questions There is no doubt she is in control and very easy to work with An A experience!!

I chose advantage over the other based on the AMAZING customer service . Don is straight forward and honest.

First off customer service was amazing. I worked with Don, who was very knowledgable and spent the time to explain everything is great detail. We then spent almost 30 minutes checking out the variety of storage units that they had to offer. Plus the price was great for the cleanliness.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We got the perfect storage unit and it was not the one reserved. The lady went out of her way to make us happy.

I received great customer service. They made accommodations to work with me after hours at the last minute and offered me a decent deal when I had to switch units.

The staff at the facility were friendly. They let us chose our spot from three available. The brush from the outside had grown through & over the fence. When I asked if we could cut it back the answer was yes but it came with the excuse they hadn't had a chance to take care of it because the space had been utilized. I think the fence line should be something that is maintained not fixed on the spot by the patrons. My truck also got scratched while removing the brush. I didn't want to leave the brush as it was because I didn't want my trailer to get damaged.

Start by saying they had the best rate around. The process was very quick didn't have to wait around. They were very polite and nice. The security is awesome. They seem like people that actually want to help you and not just take your money...lol

The owners are very friendly and helpful and are more than happy to work with you even if you're not sure of the exact dimensions and features you want for your unit. Renting a unit is a breeze, the units themselves are in very good condition, and rates are very reasonable for what you get.

My sister was moving here from out of state. I found Advantage Self Storage and checked into what they had to offer. Once my sister saw Advantage, met the office staff, she was happy and very satisfied with their service. Great location, great service and very secure.

My experience with Advantage was awesome. The manager and her husband introduced themselves and treated me like a friend while serving me and setting up my rental service.
