I chose Best Rental due to pricing, security, staff and location. I recommend Best Rental to anyone needing to store items or to un-clutter their house. Great company.

Purchased a 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢x15ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ storage shed and it was at a reasonable price, most other self storages cost more. Great value, secured location with a code, staff was friendly and informative and shed was very clean. What I was looking for.

It was very easy to give them all the necessary information over the phone and make the first payment. I was quickly sent a contract to review and sign. We werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to move in during office hours, but when we arrived all we had to do was put in our code to open the gate and drive up to our specific unit. It was very clean when we arrived!

Morgan called me after I reserved a space online. He knew exactly what I needed before I got there. The space is perfect!! I was even able to purchase a lock from a good selection on hand there. I love the convenience of 24 hr. access, and ease of getting in and out. I am very satisfied with my total experience.

I found this place online & called for same day service in needing a unit. I checked out a few other places as well. The customer service I received from Morgan was outstanding. He helped me figure on what size unit I needed. I called a few & visited others but this place was so customer oriented & clean that I rented the unit same day and was very surprised how quick and easy the ppwk was. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I love the 24hrs access with our hectic lives it helps to be able to go when is convenient for us. And I have absolutely no worries with the security of my space and belongings. Just in case the staff actually reads this. I was heart broken by your loss and I truly wish you all the best. Bob was amazing and I always had fun chatting with him about anything and everything when I came in. My deepest condolences go to all of you.

Best Storage is a very clean, well taken care of facility with a very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend Best Storage to a friend.

Increased allowance of vehicles, equipment and trailers to be parked and stored between storage units is becoming an annoyance. “Traffic jams” between other customers loading and unloading storage units is becoming common due to other junk and vehicles parked in the way.

Feel like my trailer is very secure in this lot ... I have parked there for 3 years and never had a problem.

Nice facility and very friendly

Family owned business in a sea of corporate owned competition. I have had no issues and great customer care since becoming a customer. Wide driving area with good lighting, 24 hour security, and 24 access.

This facility is a bit secluded from the city but still close by. The space we rent is bigger and cheaper than others and still almost as close as other facilities in the area. Well worth the extra 2 mile drive.

Not only convenient, but well lit and has proper security.

I have a 35 foot travel trailer and have no trouble getting it in and out of the back lot.

I am sure you hear it from others, but a little more gravel will be needed soon in the main driving areas.

Shopped around and picked this place for the staff and how clean the place was. I would recommend you store there. Liked it so well rented another space there 2 weeks later. Cleanest place to store your items, I am neat freak and feels very comfortable with my items stored there

Easy access very freindly management

The owner Robert is always there for us. We keep our RV at his facility. It is always clean. The facilities are well kept.

The man running it was very pleasant to work with. I forgot my lock at home, so I bought one from him. He waived the $8 administration fee, possibly because I bought an $8 lock. It was a nice gesture.

did a lot of searching and comparison in person before I went with Best Storage. Having just moved my stuff out, I continue to be very satisfied with my decision to store with them. They offered me a great deal on the first three months, and even at normal price (which was laid out perfectly clearly in advance) they were a good deal. Easy to access, with a lots of cameras, clean facilities, helpful employees. It really feels like a family business. The family business part is key to me, actually. For example, when I had to have a shipment sent to them and it fell outside of our pre-discussed parameters, they were nevertheless very helpful and accommodating. They never pulled any kind of bureaucratic nonsense on me... they were just honest and helpful. And they refunded me my unused days of the month when I moved out, without being asked, whereas I think a lot of places would have made up some bogus "policy" just to keep my money. I've recommended them to all my friends and would definitely use them again.
