We were told on the phone that we were to go to the office to provide insurance info, etc., but upon getting to the facility it is all virtual. Easy enough to call, but no code was provided before I got there, I guess because they thought there was an office I was going to walk into...They have many locations so I can understand that it may be confusing at times?? Alls well that ends well.

The customer service was great but the buildings are old and in poor condition. We filled the first unit but needed another and called customer service and was given another unit next to ours in about 10 minutes. The first unit had signs of water damage and was dirty and had a lot of cobwebs. The second unit was also dirty and full of wasp or hornet nests on the walls and door but we did not see any wasps or hornets. The business was recently purchased and was not updated.
