Public Storage - Dayton - 2120 Harshman Road

So I rent a unit that's already I repriced because I need 24 hr access day I I e the unit i pay extra to access at night is in the unit back corner with the interior light ripped out...spiders and ants everywhere... Day two it's a holiday weekend I'm in with a load from out of state ... The gate won't open no answer on the phones for 4 days holiday weekend which was critical to our move out us behind in our move a week cost me 500 in moving delays and had to get a second unit elsewhere to compensate ... Following visit gates wide open restroom is locked third visit still no light we i stalled a fixture ourselves next month my rent increases by 130$ no message in the app no letter just one email list in the spam.due to all the extra expenses from the broken gate i don't have the increase ( 3 months after my rental signing) they say they will discount then tell me wait a month before increasing only to put a lien on my unit for the remainder of the rent they said I wouldn't have to pay this month. Noone ever answers the phone gates still broken no apology no I'll make it right just a increase in the highest rated rent in the area. .. don't rent here

It was a great experience online doing the free reservation. Also was an easy time getting things figured out and in the unit . The lock provided was top tier and would definitely recommend this place.

Well i originally was very happy with my experience. But then had to be at a certain somewhere and had to be at that somewhere at a certain time...I'm sure allot of people have to do the same thing like me to pay their books to....well to my disbelief after coming to the storage yard the night before and feeling secure enough to leave my tools there for the night so i didn't have them in my truck i needed to get them on a Sat. morning only to not be aloud into the yard because on my dirt first night i stayed in to late..first let me say that it was impossible to get anyone on the phone during this emergency..i sat out front for over an hour and at 931 am someone finally came from the back of the office and i believe they seen me out there the whole time judging from their not being surprised i was out there and already knew the problem..i got locked out within my first 24 hours of having the unit!!! So i lost a customer that day because i was late..i understand rules and i accept that i made a mistake but to be looked at as I'm telling someone that i wasn't told and they just look at me say oh i told you was even more of an insult...I'm just going to say that im feeling as though i made a mistake moving from the previous company i used...no i don't think is be making any recommendations right now sorry.

When I went to Public Storage, I found that there was wonderful customer service, and great deals that Britnie provided me. She was very helpful, and I'll be happy to come back.

I went in for a small rental space and inquiring pricing. The woman, Britnie, that I dealt with was very personable and was so informative with the different deals Public Storage had to offer.

Anthony was very nice and helped me pick the right storage unit for my belongings. He was very friendly and made jokes that were funny. It wasn't like my past experiences at storages where I feel like I'm going in to buy a casket. Thanks Anthony.
