It was a great experience online doing the free reservation. Also was an easy time getting things figured out and in the unit . The lock provided was top tier and would definitely recommend this place.

Well i originally was very happy with my experience. But then had to be at a certain somewhere and had to be at that somewhere at a certain time...I'm sure allot of people have to do the same thing like me to pay their books to....well to my disbelief after coming to the storage yard the night before and feeling secure enough to leave my tools there for the night so i didn't have them in my truck i needed to get them on a Sat. morning only to not be aloud into the yard because on my dirt first night i stayed in to late..first let me say that it was impossible to get anyone on the phone during this emergency..i sat out front for over an hour and at 931 am someone finally came from the back of the office and i believe they seen me out there the whole time judging from their not being surprised i was out there and already knew the problem..i got locked out within my first 24 hours of having the unit!!! So i lost a customer that day because i was late..i understand rules and i accept that i made a mistake but to be looked at as I'm telling someone that i wasn't told and they just look at me say oh i told you was even more of an insult...I'm just going to say that im feeling as though i made a mistake moving from the previous company i used...no i don't think is be making any recommendations right now sorry.

Convenient location & clean units available

When I went to Public Storage, I found that there was wonderful customer service, and great deals that Britnie provided me. She was very helpful, and I'll be happy to come back.

I went in for a small rental space and inquiring pricing. The woman, Britnie, that I dealt with was very personable and was so informative with the different deals Public Storage had to offer.

Anthony was very nice and helped me pick the right storage unit for my belongings. He was very friendly and made jokes that were funny. It wasn't like my past experiences at storages where I feel like I'm going in to buy a casket. Thanks Anthony.
