The location attendant was rude, ignored me and repeatedly dismissed my concerns. She went out of her way to argue with me.

Not very friendly . need to improve on being more helpful to customer . and could be more friendly .

The lady that got my storage room Nd took my payment her name is Robbin and she was so nice and understandable and was over all a great person to do business with. Now the other lady that I dealt with yesterday had attitude problem. I couldn't get the door open and she acted like I was bothering her because I asked her for her help. But other then that it was a great experience.

Facility manager was very helpful and friendly. She was thorough with need to know information.

Be better if it were 24hrs other then that not bad.

Anthony was super helpful, answered all my questions without issue, and made the process as painless as possible.

I walked in to the office and was greeted with a warm smile from Anthony. I had many questions about the different units and he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed. If you need a unit he's the guy to talk to.

The customer service was exceptional - I think I was talking with Chelsea. The staff were all very friendly and they made sure that I understood everything before signing. I was shown the unit I would be renting to make sure it looked okay and Chelsea even gave me some good tips in the process. I was really happy with the service that I provided.

They met all my needs and were the best price.

I'm renting the unit because we set up a nursery and unfortunately, our little Natalie was a stillborn. I wanted to pack up the nursery before heading back to work and came across the rental facility after a Google search. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and caring when I talked about why I needed the unit. She made me feel at ease during a very difficult time.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has been a great experience the two times we have rented a unit. Would definitely recommend.
