Had appointment at 10:am and store was to open at 9:30. At 10:30 no one was there and the gate was wide open with people driving in and out. called 800 # and they could not find the person that was to be there and was sent to another location to rent the unit at other location. When I returned there still was no-one there and gate was open. Went to unit and pulled tab was to have lock inside but no lock. Went back to office where someone was finally there to get the lock. Unload and the gate was still standing open when I left. What kind of security was this???? Where was employee??? It was noon before someone showed up....and why was the gate open before and after the opening time??? How safe is this at this location???

Public Storage is an awesome business. From it's people to it's storage units! Everyone I've dealt with (especially Ms. Robbin) has been professional and helpful. The units are tidy, secure and well-maintained. I'm glad I chose this company for my precious possessions.

Montina was great to work with. She helped me pick the right unit for my needs and everything went smooth.

I moved to Alaska for a summer internship and needed a storage unit to keep all the stuff I couldn't bring on the airplane. Public Storage provided. I chose this location even though it wasn't the closest to where I moved from because they had the best online deals. Anthony assisted me when I moved into the unit. He was professional, kind, and helpful. The unit and location were up to my standards. My only complaint was the additional charges (mandatory insurance and purchasing a tube lock) of which no mention was made when I reserved my unit online. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
