The customer support was excellent. The facility was clean. The only downside was the restrooms are out of order.

We showed up and our unit was locked! It didn't have the correct lock on it to where we couldn't access it. We didn't have the time for the locksmith to show up. Could take up to 24 hours. We were there during office hours and no one was there to help. So we called and had to walk around to find an empty unit large enough. Our new unit had powder laid in it. Not sure why. Restroom was pretty gross too. But I did book in a day and was able to get within 24hrs.
