Was looking for interior storage. Spoke to someone on the phone and looked online. Website and person on phone stated traditional interior storage. Basically open up garage door and one foot in is a small room with a wall that didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go all the way up in one area. I was already in for a month since I had to prepay but I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be for another. Got my items out after ten days. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend.

Kiosk check in to finish reservation was easy to understand and the process took about 10 minutes. All information noted was also easy to understand. Better experience for me than expected.

Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very happy with the outdoor rental space. It was very easy to find. We like the fact that the outdoor space was gravel and grass which is great for tires.

My move in day . Gate would not open . People were stuck inside . Customer service put in a call for someo e to come out. Told us call fire department. They wouldntcome out. I called police . They sent somebody . All in all was over an hour to figure it out and get gate opened . Not a good thing for the people stuck i side , let alone a new customer. But the unit is very nice and clean.

Spare Box Storage is absolutely amazing. Not only did they allow me to change my move in date multiple times, but they also give you 1st month rent free an that can really help out.

It was somewhat difficult to get into our spot. The place was completely automated and the kiosk did not work. When I called customer service, it took quite a bit of explaining to get them to understand that I was moving in. They had to hang up and call me back. Which was annoying due to me blocking the entry with my truck and travel trailer, holding up any entry or exit

Not being familiar with renting a unit with a company like this. in our area its cut and dry over the phone no kiosk to navigate. It was difficult to use like how do yo get a key board???? No instruction. After I finally did all my payment info over the phone (which could have been done in advance) two of the 3 units I was sent to couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be opened the latches were rusted so bad. Glad the 3rd one worked it was the last of its size available. Very frustrating experienceﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.

Despite a glitch when I first got there, eventually all was fixed an I was able to get moved in. The downside is, when I initially called, no one told me it was all self serve. No one there. Just had to make phone calls to people a thousand miles away! They were great, but it was frustrating
