I don't really know what to write, it's a nice storage

Easy..the only thing I did not like..the darn lock would not fit door at 15.00 price..so I had to go buy another darn lock that would fit to lock up my belongings..

I had a good experience. My only issue was not being very clear about where the key pad was in order to get in other than that, it was just fine

Wasn't sure what to expect because I was doing this from out of town, but the process was easy and efficient.

The space is what I expected and was clean and in ready condition.

When I looked up getting a storage unit this place offered one month free. We paid the full amount when starting the rental and thought they would apply the free month on the 2nd month. Not!. So I called, got the run around, we will call you back, and sent an email with no response. Don't try this place if you are looking for customer service, everything is artificial, and to this day NO RESPONSE. Will be moving my items before the end of the month.

Clean, affordable, well lit storage place. The lady on the phone was also helpful.

Long time use and rent keeps increasing. I don't want to move my stuff but may have to.

My only problem with this unit is I am not able to lift the door. I always need my male friend with me to enter my Space.

So far so good. Clean safe and the employee on side was very pleasant.
