even though they were closed i was still able to move in. very prompt and helpful

Mary and Jasmine were pleasant and very helpful during my 2 visits. Just some ruts in the parking roadway that need smoothing, otherwise everything was excellent.

Only thing i do NOT like is that you have to go online or call some other agency first in order to book the storage unit. The lady at the office is nice and much more helpful! I recommend going in person during open office hours 10x better service!

Everything was fine except that the are in front of the unit is gravel and with both of us In wheelchairs it is difficult to navigate. It would behoove you to issue storage units on a pa ed surface to rippled people.
