Public Storage - Fairfield - 6010 Dixie Highway

I ordered my storage over the phone. The gentleman was friendly and setup everything for me, it was super easy. Went to the storage a couple hours later everything went very smooth

We took a couple of pictures when we moved in. It looks like a big grease spot closes to the door.

Applying online was really easy and moving in was just as easy. The facility manager was great to work with and helpful. The mobile entry is a great feature that our last storage facility didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have. Overall very happy with Public Storage.

When I went to knew public storage down the street it was going to be 71.00 per month for a 10x10...a public storage winter special they advertised. The place was dirty the help were wearing soiled clothing and had an attitude. So I went right down the street and rented a 10x10 from them but was told it was 89.00 per mo. I told them about the "winter special" and said they had not heard about it. I asked them to contact their district manager,said they would and when I asked again was told he had not responded. I am not happy and feel I should receive this samevalue..the winter special as was advertised for the same sized unit..less than 3 miles away. Please help me with this situation and I will write a rave review about Public Storage.Sharon Hammond

Reservation process was easy with no problems

My initial experience was bad. I went to one of your places on Dixie highway and was treated poorly. I went up to the street to one of your other units and the lady there was outstanding so I would recommend them because of how I was treated on the second visit. My response to the girl and the first experience was ,She should be fired immediately. Your location, your units, and how they are maintained and laid out in this case was excellent. Very satisfied. CURTIOUS OPEN DECENT HOURS CLEAN GATE CONTROLS COULD BE FARTEHER BACK SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GET OUT OF THE CAR

Stopped by at this location, I was really surprisedly pleased by how motivated and determined William was with getting me the correct size space and the lowest price.

Every time I call I get professional service. William is a really nice guy who is always eager to help, and he is funny as well! I always recommend Public Storage to my friends! Also, William has this property super clean and he is always in the office, unlike the old employees.

I just had the most excellent customer service experience from William at Public Storage. He went above and beyond to explain the companies processes. He showed compassion and listened.

Place is easy to get to and well lit. The manager on site helped us with all of.our needs, down to the lock on the unit. The lock itself was a tad expensive but otherwise everything was great.
