Total trash. The facility is trash, the management is trash. Don't store your stuff at ko storage unless you want it all destroyed by mice and riddled with cockroaches. I have nothing nice to say about anything that your company "provided" I'm definitely going to leave a horrible Google review.

When I opened up my storage it was well spaced for everything I needed to store. Plus it was very nice and clean. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll kept I was hoping it would hold all my belongings, it did.

Seemingly polite staff. Had a few hiccups so far in the beginning. Patiently awaiting the futuristic outcome during my experience with “KO Storage “ a little difficulty getting into the facility here so far in the beginning.

The only issue was the gate code didn't work and I had to call to get a temporary one to use for the day. Wish there was a discount for long term storage.

These units are super cheap compared to competitors, and the online booking process is fast and easy. However, the door to our unit is old and very difficult to open, requires fighting the latch to get it to open. Also, there were signs of water in the floor of the unit as well as a wasp's nest and other bugs. Otherwise, these are a good value.
