Place is fairly new, very clean and well taken care of. Customer Service was Top Notch.

Absolutely no problems renting or accessing unit. Received first months rent free only paid $21 app fee.

Storing a boat outside. Would feel more secure if there were a gate between the indoor storage area and the outdoor storage area. I have concerns about someone from the storage units coming into the RV/boat outside storage area and stealing or damaging the boat. Haven't yet decided if we will move our RV to this facility.

My husband was transferred to Cincinnati this summer. We wanted a clean, safe private storage unit to store our furniture until the house was ready to move into. This place fits the bill! It's in a beautiful area, far away from the busy city. I felt very confident that our things would be safe. They had a buy one month, get the next month free promotion too. The woman at the office was very helpful and thorough in explaining the details and rules. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again and have already told friends about it.

All items were accurately explained. The process was seamless and very efficient. Representative was knowledgeable of the provided services and conditions.
