No problem to reserve online, and schedule date needed. Competitive prices. Staff was very nice, and helpful. I wish I could say it was easy to try and pay online, but it wasn't. There is no way to prove insurance, except to handle payment at the location. The experience at the facility was very good!

The storage units are older and ceilings show modest damage, possibly from prior leaking. Otherwise, the units are fine. Prices are very reasonable and the location & security are okay. The daytime site manager was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Appreciated the way your on-line reservations were so easy to follow. Your facility was well kept and old people friendly.

I called to get information on a 10 by 30 unit. Service person gave me all the information needed and found a unit available. We called the number given and was able to setup a time that day. The paperwork only took around twenty minutes. We tested key entry and were escorted to the unit. There we were shown how to lockup unit correctly and all the exits.

When l needed a storage and went with cubesmart , the costumer service was and is so helpful. I love them.

Cubesmart made it easy and quick to rent from them.

So far, so good! No problems acquiring a space, paying and obtaining access.

When I got to the storage area and tried to open gate with numbers I received through email, it didn't work. Store manager was at bank so I had to wait a half hour for her. But the store manager was so nice and accommodating, helpful and friendly, I almost forgot I had to wait. I'm not sure, but I think the managers name was Alana or something like that. She was great.
