Mr.Bob was very detailed and courteous in explaining the do's and don'ts of the facility. Everything was neatly organized and clean. I actually felt really secure leaving my items in this storage. Best pricing I ever seen for a 10 x 10 unit. By far an excellent choice!

Bob was great in letting me know what's involved with operating the locks and how to use everything. Very organized, well-run facility with great customer service.

When I first inquired about renting a storage unit here, I didn't realize just what a great deal it was. Free 1st month's rent and 10% off of my monthly rental rate was amazing! But then they threw in the moving truck and that easily saved us a $100 plus. What really sold me though, was the General Manager, Bob. He was cool in the midst of my moving choas. I walked in expecting what I typically get at UHaul and instead was happily surprised. He was amazing. Just can't say enough good stuff. Truly a delight to work with.

The gentleman taking care of me answered all my questions, was very polite and patient with me. Was thorough with information, and was fair with prices. Calling and setting up a reservation was easier then with other storage units I had looked into.

I like the area this Cube Smart is in. Easy to get to and quiet. Friendly person working here and helpful.

Thanks to the availability of large hand trucks, automatic doors, and an elevator, moving in an indoor facility was a lot easier than I expected. I also regretfully arrived close to closing but staff remained courteous anyway.

The overall experience was great; I was able to tour the facility right away, had a great chat about options, and was ready to red the a unit all within a half hour. One of the best experiences I had with moving and storage. Definitely would recommend to friends.
